Liberty Gonzalez (They/Them), founder of Woven Gove Consulting has been committed to empowering organizations, leaders, and communities through complex change for over 15 years. With roots in grassroots community organizing, international cultural exchange, community wellbeing and movements for racial, environmental and gender-based justice, their work integrates systems thinking, equity-centered practice, and relational approaches to culture and leadership development, helping organizations align values with practice and build conditions for collective flourishing.
